It can be applied to most building materials, eliminating the need for special tools, open flames, or chemicals, and lasts for many years.

It resists the deterioration of atmospheric agents and UV rays and is paintable.

It can be applied to roofs and coverings (shingles, bituminous membranes, sheet metal, fiber cement, plastic), parapets (masonry, concrete, plaster, stone), paving slabs, chimneys, skylights, window frames, gutters, metal pipes, and any type of joint between them.

It is not walkable and do not apply in case of rain or frost.

Ready to use, it can be applied quickly without the need for tools or open flames.

Make sure the surfaces are perfectly dry, then clean them thoroughly, removing any dust, rust, and loose material.

Remove the protective silicone paper and apply by pressing with a roller or cloth pad, taking care not to create air bubbles or damage the aluminum film.

For very porous or dusty surfaces (such as plaster or concrete) and when using in cold temperatures, first use a bituminous primer (approximately 250 g/m2).

When joining two tapes, an overlap of a few centimeters is recommended.
