It is used on metal, plastic, wood, glass, ceramic, terracotta, masonite, plaster, etc. surfaces.
It is indispensable for signage and creates very attentional and very bright decorations on bicycles, helmets, in model making, writing and more.

The fluorescent effect is enhanced by applying the product on a white background; therefore,if applying on a colored background, it is recommended to first apply Happy Color Acrylic White Matte and then, subsequently, Happy Color Fluorescent.

It dries to the touch in 15 minutes and in 45 minutes deep.

Thoroughly clean surfaces to remove grease, dust and water.
The fluorescent effect is enhanced when the product is applied to a white base; therefore, if the base is coloured, apply Saratoga Happy Colour® Matt White Acrylic first.
Shake the can upside down for one minute
Spray from a distance of 20–30 cm using a slow, steady horizontal motion.
After one minute, go over the surface again with a vertical motion.
To avoid drips, it is best to spray in several thin coats.
Remove paint using acetone and/or nitro thinner.
Can with self-cleaning valve.
