Windows, portholes, hatches, electrical insulation, headlamp gaskets, rubber bumpers and for all non-porous surface applications such as: glass, ceramic, aluminium, steel, wood and painted surfaces.
It cannot be painted.
Pure silicone, solvent-free. It offers excellent resistance to UV rays and weathering, and retains its exceptional physical properties even after many years of outdoor exposure, without being affected by low or high temperatures.
The surfaces must be clean, dry and degreased.
Prepare the surfaces to be treated and apply the masking tape (Saratoga Vernimask) to outline the edges (remove immediately after sealing).
Pierce the tube with the upper part of the cap. Cut the nozzle to the desired diameter and screw it onto the tube. Apply the product using the key.
The product may be smoothened using a spatula wet with soapy water, within 10 minutes. Cannot be painted over, therefore carry out painting first, then apply the sealant.
Curing speed: 2-3 mm per day. Application temperature: +5 / +40°C. After use, remove the nozzle and close the tube.
Sealant remaining in the nozzle can be easily removed after hardening.
Contains Bis [(2-ethyl-2,5-dimethylhexanoyl) oxy] (dimethyl) stannane. May produce an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Dispose of contents and container in authorized collection centers. Keep out of reach of children.
