Happy Color ZINC COATER is the cold applied zinc coating varnish: avoids the need for the hot dip galvanizing bath. It creates a metallic coating that is highly resistant to the corrosion caused by the most contaminating atmospheric agents, water and brine.  The product provides strong and long-lasting adhesion. It solidifies

rapidly: 15-20 minutes for a complete drying of the film. Useful for: railings, grates, rolling doors, garages, rolling shutters, soldered joints, pumps, chemical plant tanks, trellises, carpentry work, piping, etc. Instructions for use: clean the surface thoroughly of grease, dust, water, etc. • Shake the cylinder for a minute after hearing the sound of the marbles inside. • Apply the product with light passes, holding the cylinder 30 cm. from the surface. • For best results apply a second coat.

Varnish Removal: with Acetone and/or Niter Diluent.

With Self-Cleaning Valve.
