La Schiuma Americana di Montaggio

Fast foam adhesive 1 minute instant tack

Fast-setting polyurethane foam adhesive with FFT (Enhanced Initial Tack) technology.

No primer required. Strong and fast.

Available in: Cylinder (400 ml)

It is used for all applications requiring rapid assembly or sequential installation.

Ideal for building materials and solid, uniform, regular, and shrink-free materials such as panels (e.g., plasterboard, OSB, plywood), decorative elements and coverings, skirting boards and moldings, stair and window sill covers, small partition walls (calibrated blocks), and corner profiles, etc.

It adheres to substrates such as concrete, aerated concrete, mineral wool, wood and wood-based materials, expanded or extruded materials (e.g., polystyrene), PVC, aluminum, etc. It requires no primer and achieves high functional strength in just a few minutes.

Assembly Foam with enhanced initial tack – very strong initial hold just 1 minute after dispensing the product.

Apply to clean, degreased, compact, smooth, and free of loose particles.
Shake the can vigorously before each use.
Wear gloves inserted into the can cap to avoid contact with skin.
Screw the adapter onto the valve nozzle, avoiding pressing to avoid triggering the valve.
For optimal performance, a can temperature of +18 to +22°C is ideal.
Use upside down. Do not wet the surfaces or the foam adhesive.

For panel assembly: sand for particularly oily coatings; apply a 2-3 cm diameter bead of adhesive around the perimeter of the panel; maintain a distance of approximately 4-5 cm from the edges and finish the application by extruding in a zigzag pattern. Wait approximately 60 seconds, then press the panel firmly against the wall. The adhesive should cover more than 5% of the bonding surface. Initial tack is further increased by working in "stick-and-peel" mode, i.e., removing and reapplying the object during the repositioning time (but no later than 4-5 minutes). Use a level to ensure flatness.

For gluing steps and windowsills: depending on the width, apply 2-3 parallel strips of approximately 2 cm in diameter along the horizontal sides (10-15 cm apart). Wait approximately 60 seconds, then press firmly.

For moldings: apply a continuous bead of 2-3 cm in diameter along the middle of the molding. Wait approximately 60 seconds, then press firmly.

For decorative elements (such as polystyrene rosettes): the adhesive must cover at least 50% of the bonding surface; apply in small beads or dots. Wait approximately 60 seconds, then press firmly. Initial tack is further increased by working in "stick-and-peel" mode, i.e., removing and reapplying the object during the repositioning time (within 4-5 minutes).

For blocks and partition walls: the first layer of blocks can only be fixed on completely level and uniform material. For perforated, rectified blocks, maintain a large bead in the center, at least 4-5 cm in diameter. For non-perforated, rectified blocks (such as aerated concrete, aerated concrete, autoclaved concrete, or gas concrete), the diameter of the beads can be reduced to 2 cm. Maintain a distance of approximately 4-5 cm from the edges, and for sections > 15 cm, apply two beads.

Fresh foam adhesive can be cleaned with acetone. Once hardened, it can be removed with a razor blade.
