USA White Neutral Mirrors
High performance neutral one component silicone sealant.
Available in: Clear cartridge (280 ml) White RAL 9010 cartridge (280 ml)
It is used for sealing mirrors, treated and reflective glass; in the construction industry for expansion joints and joints between traditional façade elements, for joints between walls and floors, stairs, joints in prefabricated panels, joints in partition walls, and between window frames and masonry.
When used on safety mirrors, check that the material on the back of the mirror is compatible with the sealant used.
Mirror surfaces and the base where you will apply it should be clean, greaseless, dry and free from crumbly parts.
Extrude the sealant in vertical and parallel lines of 10 mm width with 15-25 cm distance between each other (to allow ventilation).
Stick the parts together and push on the whole surface so to expand the sealant evenly.
Hold the mirror on the base for 24-72 hours at least related to its weight and to the quantity of sealant used.
Do not apply the adhesive on the whole surface not to delay the polymerization. Do not apply the sealant along the surface boundaries (it prevents ventilation).
Cleaning: Within 10 min. with a cleaned cloth soaked in solvent; when cured with Saratoga VIA•SIL Indurito.
