High performance neutral one component silicone sealant. It has good adhesion to porous surfaces and most building materials, has a low elastic modulus and high elasticity, to follow all the joint’s movements. Specific for sealing expansion joints in facade and precast concrete, for sealing connection joints between floor and walls, stairs, for bonding of high movement expansion joints.

Characteristics: Thixotropic, non sag. Tooling time 10 minutes. Curing time 2-3 mm./day, depending on bead thickness, humidity and temperature. Elongation at break >450% approx. Elastic recovery >90%. Application temperature: -10C/+40°C.

Temperature resistance: -50°C/ +150°C. Joint movement accomodation max. 25%.
