Bianco San® mold-resistant silicone is particularly suitable for all sanitary and kitchen fixtures, such as: toilets, bathrooms, sinks, shower stalls, sinks, toilets, showers, and any other area requiring high resistance to mold and detergents.
For application on porous surfaces, we recommend using Saratoga Neutral Silicone Sealant.
For attaching mirrors, we recommend using Saratoga Neutral Silicone Sealant Plastics•Metals•Mirrors.
Do not use on aquariums; if necessary, we recommend using Saratoga Universal Silicone Sealant.
Bianco San® FungHalt Silicone Sealant for Sanitary Ware is specially formulated to achieve perfect seals over time; even on common sanitary silicones, under stressful conditions, mold can form over time, which is unsightly and unhygienic.
Bianco San®, on the other hand, thanks to FungHalt™, Saratoga's sealant microbicide, guarantees superior protection against mold for over 10 years. It also maintains its high level of white or transparent color, elasticity, and resistance to hot water, abrasion, and light over time.
It has excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces such as ceramic, glass, aluminum, some plastics, and painted surfaces.
Apply to clean, dry, and compact surfaces, free of dust and grease.
We recommend masking for precise edge profiling (remove immediately after application).
Cut the nozzle to the desired diameter. Extrude with a manual or compressed air gun. It is not paintable, so paint first, then apply.
Apply insulating material (adhesive tape) to the bottom of the joint; if the joint is deep, dab with filling material (Saratoga JOINT•FILLER or foam plastic). Clean surfaces and tools within 10 minutes with a clean cloth soaked in solvent or with Saratoga VIA•SIL FRESCO; once cured, clean with Saratoga VIA•SIL INDURITO.
During hardening, the product releases a small amount of acetic acid.
It is therefore advisable to ensure good ventilation in the work area.
It is irritating to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
