USA Yellow Universal Sealant
HPK Acetic Sealant is a onecomponent water based acrylic sealant, that adhers to nearly all building materials.
Available in: Clear cartridge (280 ml and 310 ml) Black cartridge (RAL 9005)
Used for sealing windows, doors and glass, for assembly work and for general sealing applications. It is particularly suitable for non-porous surfaces such as glass, ceramics, aluminium, steel, certain plastics, wood and painted surfaces.
It's paintable with the usual homepaints, and it's particularly suitable to seal joints between window and doors frames, windowsills, and to fill cracks in the walls.
Apply to clean and dry a surfaces.
After surface preparation and masking, cut the nozzle in the desired diameter.
Apply the sealant with a gun. Remove immediately masking tape. Care must be taken to protect the sealant from rain for 2 hours in hot weather and for 24 hours in cold weather.
Uncured sealant can be removed with water, when cured with a knife.
Not suitable on bituminous or tar surfaces, on uncoated metal surfaces and for joints which are walked on, and which are subjected to continuous moisture action. Keep from freezing.
