Saratoga MALTA ADESIVA is the polyurethane adhesive foam with low expansion, designed for sticking shaped clay blocks, fixing in place doorsteps, windowsills and stair treads. Also used for insulation boards and plasterboards made of expanded and extruded polystyrene and wooden panels, and made of other materials - see Technical Data Sheet.

Saratoga MALTA ADESIVA in 2 cm thickness, at 20°C, can be cut after 15 minutes, is hardened after 2 hours and has load bearing capacity after 12 hours.

Color: grey.

Multipurpose: pastes and seals adhering perfectly, insulates, waterproofs, soundproofs and fills, entering into all crevices.

Invulnerable to chemical agents, solvents, microorganisms and mold.

Versatile: varnishable with any varnish, can be drilled and cut (protect from ultraviolet rays).

Adheres to all construction materials (except polythene, teflon and silicone).

Workability and temperatures: application temperature: from -5°C to +35°C.

Temperature resistance from -40°C to +100°C (for short periods withstands peaks up to 130°C).

Attach the can to the gun: shake the can powerfully before attaching it to the gun.

Screw it completely onto the neck of the gun.

Press the gun trigger immediately.

Regulate desired foam thickness  with the screw gun.
