WOOD RECONSTRUCTION KIT is the special dual component, high-tenacity polyurethane adhesive that, when used as a plaster, allows for the recreation of missing parts of wood, even of large sizes. WOOD RECONSTRUCTION KIT does not crack or come off, so once hardened it can be worked on like a regular piece of wood. It provides the same characteristics in terms of elasticity, workability and thermal conductivity, but with decidedly superior endurance and mechanical resistance. Thus, it is even suitable for exterior use. WOOD RECONSTRUCTION KIT can be sanded, planed, perforated, cut, shaped and sculpted to recreate the original shape. WOOD RECONSTRUCTION KIT can be painted over with any type of paint or enamel and, if a “high profile” use is desired, can be mixed with dry inert substances such as sawdust or colored pigments to make its color (originally light ash) similar to that of the original wood. WOOD RECONSTRUCTION KIT, thanks to its special versatility, can be used as a glue to join indissolubly, not only wood but also cement, stone, bricks, ceramic, plastics (excluding polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE) and the majority of existing materials, to or amongst themselves.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: • The parts to be assembled must be cleaned, dried and degreased. • Extract a ribbon of resin (black cap) and one of hardener (white cap) of the same dimensions. • The use of gloves is recommended to avoid contact with the skin. Mix very well with the included spatula until a homogenous coloring is obtained, without streaks. • Apply the product and, if necessary, use clamps or supports. • At 20°C the product is workable within 20 minutes, pieces can be handled after 3-4 hours, worked on exactly like wood after 24 hours. Complete hardening after 3 days. These times are a function of temperature: they are halved at 30°C and doubled at temperatures of 5-10°C.

- Do not use product at temperatures less than 5°C. - Do not invert the tube caps. - Clean with acetone, trichloroethylene. Once hardened, with a razor blade. - Yield: 150-250 g./m2.
