It has excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, steel, aluminium, some plastics, wood and painted surfaces.
It complies with ISO 11600-F&G-20HM standards.
The surfaces must be clean, dry and degreased.
Prepare the surfaces to be treated and apply the masking tape (Saratoga Vernimask) to outline the edges (remove immediately after sealing).
Pierce the tube with the upper part of the cap. Cut the nozzle to the desired diameter and screw it onto the tube. Apply the product using the key.
The product may be smoothened using a spatula wet with soapy water, within 10 minutes. Cannot be painted over, therefore carry out painting first, then apply the sealant.
Curing speed: 3mm per day.
Application temperature: +5/+40°C. Excellent weathering and UV resitance.
After use, remove the nozzle and close the tube.
Sealant remaining in the nozzle can be easily removed after hardening.
