Product equipped with ETA according to EAD 040083-00-0404 that can be used for the certification of a thermal insulation system with expanded polystyrene panels.

Multipurpose: pastes and seals with perfect adhesion, insulates, soundproofs, waterproofs, fills in by penetrating into all crevices.
Invulnerable to chemical agents, solvents, microorganisms, mildew. Versatile: varnishable with any varnish; can be perforated and cut (protect from ultraviolet rays).
Adheres to all construction materials (except polythene, Teflon and silicon).
Yield: 10-14 sq. m. can be covered with the content of one can.

Apply SCHIUMA MATIC PANNELLI onto clean, degreased, compact and smooth surfaces, free of crumbly areas.
Shake the can intensively before each application. For an optimal yield, maintain can temperature between +18 and +22°C. Do not wet the surface nor the foam.
Apply a strip of about 2 cm in diameter on the perimeter of the panel, about 2-3 cm from the edge, and a strip in the middle of the board, parallel to the longest side (otherwise on the center of the panel, the foam can be applied in vertical lines or W).
At +20°C wait for about 2 minutes before applying the insulation board on the wall. Then, apply pressing firmly. Once applied to the wall, the panel can be leveled within 5-7 minutes. Wait at least 1 hour prior to further processing.

Wear protective gloves inserted in the cylinder cap to avoid contact with skin. In case of future re-use of the can within two weeks’ time, keep the can screwed onto the gun. For future re-use after 2 weeks’ time, it is better to unscrew the foam can from the gun and screw on the special Saratoga FOAM CLEANER, foam-cleaning can and clean the gun well. Left-over sealing foam can easily be removed from the nozzle; once hardened, remove with a screwdriver or screw, and any overflow with a razor blade. Do not re-clean nozzle immediately after use.

Cleaning: Fresh foam can be cleaned with Saratoga FOAM CLEANER, using the special red nozzle included; in its absence, clean with acetone. Once hardened, remove with a razor blade.
