Sigilla bagno

Not to be used on curves.

Quickly seals and decorates bathtubs and shower trays.
Mould-proof. It can be easily applied even on old seals.
Self-adhesive.
It can be cleaned simply with a damp cloth.
It does not crack or discolour.

Thoroughly clean the area between the wall and the bathtub or shower tray—where the tape is to be applied—using alcohol or an abrasive cleaner.
The surfaces must be completely dry; there is no need to remove old sealant, provided it does not interfere with the contact areas where the adhesive side of the tape will be placed.
ill any irregularities in the surfaces, especially in the case of deep gaps or joints.
Apply at temperatures no lower than 10°C (the tape itself should also be kept at a temperature above 10°C before use).
Cut the "Saratoga Sigilla Bagno" (Bathroom Sealing Tape) to the exact length required for the joint being sealed.
Before applying the tape, fold it to prepare it for installation; this helps counteract the "memory effect" of the rubber material.
To increase the product's flexibility, warm it up using a standard hair dryer; this makes the tape more pliable and easier to apply.
Fold the tape along its entire length and remove the first 10 cm of the protective film. Position the tape—folded at a 90-degree angle—along the joint line where the wall meets the edge of the sanitary fixture, and press down firmly. Continue removing the protective film as you progress along the joint until finished.
For corner installations, apply the tape in the same manner along the other side of the fixture, allowing the two sections to overlap at the corner. You may leave it as is, or trim both overlapping sections at the center so that they meet perfectly (similar to the mitered corners of a picture frame).
Once applied, press firmly over the entire surface of the tape to ensure maximum adhesion.  • Protect from water and wait 24 hours before using the sanitary fixture. Before use, check that the product is adhering well.
